Function:

Using the enrichment analysis results draw bar plot .

Input:

There are three types of input files:

Type1: here are five columns of data, which are respectively:

1. Pathway name /term name/gene ID;

2. Target gene/differential gene number enriched in this term/ pathway;

3. P value (or Q value) of enrichment analysis;

4. The percentage of genes (differential genes/target genes) belonging to this pathway /term in the total differential/target genes;

5.The ratio of foreground genes (enrichment of differential genes/target genes in this pathway /term) to background genes (enrichment of all genes in this pathway /term).

Parameter:

1. Input file type: Type1 files have only 5 columns, type2 files have more information, and type3 files are files of the Genedenovo process .

2. Lines for plotting: by default, the data of the first 20 lines are used for plotting;

3. Parameter selection: selecting p-value or q-value will affect the final graph result;

4. Order: the bar chart is arranged in order. P/Q values are arranged from small to large or P/Q values are arranged from large to small.

5. Type: enrichment analysis type. GO、KO、DO、Reactome

Output:

The program outputs the bar chart as required, resulting in PNG and PDF images.


Input file:

Select the file input type: type1, type2, or type3. Select the type according to the format of the input file;

Lines for plotting: select the enrichment results of the first n lines that you want to display.

Parameter selection: P value or Q value.

Order: bar chart order.

Type: selected according to the database type of enrichment analysis.

Output picture:


Ordinate for Pathway/GOterm/DOterm/ReactomeAbscissa for the number of differentially expressed genes/target genes as a percentage of all differentially expressed genes/target genesThe darker the color, the smaller the P/Q value. The values on the bar are the pathway number and P/Q value.
